About Jandarpan [Chhattisgarh]
This is a citizen's portal designed to address various entitlements or program benefits of the rural households and individuals that have not been provided to them for various reasons. The portal provides rights to every rural citizen to upload information, stating the details of denial or delay in accessing any benefits of various schemes of the Government of India or the State Governments of MP and CG. We are committed to adding more states and schemes based on the effectiveness of the portal in helping citizens access benefits....
The portal provides an opportunity for any rural citizen of MP and CG to fill up details and share difficulty in attaining the benefit of certain government programs that have been covered under this portal. Any concerned person such as Civil Society Organisation's worker, Panchayat representative, Government functionaries any village youth, etc. can fill it up to support many poor and unlettered deserving rightsholders to access benefits.
The departmental officials of the concerned areas from where the application is registered may visit and review the data and address the reason for denial. In the blocks where Samarthan or Civil Society Organisation (CSO) are working, the cases will be pursued with the Gram Panchayats, district administration, and concerned officials to address the reasons for denial of benefits.
You may analyze and download data on the types of parameters. However, Samarthan will not be responsible for any interpretations drawn out of the data used from this portal. The user must identify and acknowledge the source.
There is every possibility that all those registering applications may not get benefits due to their ineligibility, inadequate information filled, or lack of follow up. However, it will provide enormously useful insights into the types of delay and denial of entitlements. Moreover, it is an empowering tool of the citizens to express their grievances on their own platform for denial or delay of various benefits promised by the Government but do not reach the poor, marginalized and deserving citizens of India.

यह एक सिटीजन पोर्टल है जोकि विभिन्न कारणों की वजह से ग्रामीण परिवारों व व्यक्तियों को उनके अधिकारों या कार्यक्रमों का लाभ प्राप्त नही हो पाता है जिसकी पहचान करने के लिये तैयार किया गया है। यह पोर्टल प्रत्येक ग्रामीण नागरिक को अपनी जानकारी दर्ज करने का अधिकार प्रदान करता है। भारत सरकार छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य सरकारों की विभिन्न योजनाओं से लाभ प्राप्त करने में देरी या दिक्कत हो रही है जिसकी जानकारी नागरिक भर कर सकते है। नागरिकों को लाभ प्राप्त करने की प्रक्रिया में सहयोग हेतु हम अन्य राज्य व अन्य योजनाओं को भी जोड़ने के लिये प्रतिबद्ध है।...
यह पोर्टल छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य के प्रत्येक ग्रामीण नागरिक को अपनी जानकारी भरने तथा इस पोर्टल के अंतर्गत आने वाले सरकारी योजनाओं का लाभ प्राप्त करने में आ रही कठिनाईयों को साझा करने का अवसर प्रदान करता है। कोई भी व्यक्ति जैसे कि स्वैच्छिक संगठन के कार्यकर्ता, पंचायत प्रतिनिधि, सरकारी अधिकारी, गाँव के कोई भी युवा आदि, इस पोर्टल में जानकारी भरकर कई गरीब परिवारों को लाभ पहुंचा सकते है जिनको पात्र होते हुये भी लाभ नही मिल रहे है।
संबंधित विभागीय अधिकारी पोर्टल पर पंजीकृत आवेदनों की समीक्षा करके आवेदन अस्वीकृति के करणों की पहचान कर सकते है। जिन क्षेत्रों में समर्थन या अन्य स्वैच्छिक संगठन कार्यरत है उन क्षेत्रों में ग्राम पंचायत, संबंधित अधिकारी या जिला प्रशासन के साथ चर्चा करके अस्वीकृति के कारणों का पता लगाया जावेगा।
आप पोर्टल से डेटा डाउनलोड करके मापदण्डों के आधार पर विश्लेषण कर सकते हैं। हालांकि, इस जानकारी के विश्लेषण से निकाली गई किसी भी व्याख्या या निष्कर्ष के लिये समर्थन जिम्मेदार नही होगा। उपयोगकर्ता द्वारा स्त्रोत की पहचान एवं अभिस्वीकृति देनी होगी।
इस बात की पूरी संभावना है कि अपात्रता, अपर्याप्त जानकारी या फॉलोअप की कमी के कारण आवेदन करने वाले सभी लोगों को लाभ नहीं मिल रहे हो परन्तु इसके माध्यम से योजनाओं की स्वीकृति में देरी या अस्वीकृति के कारणों से संबंधित बहुत उपयोगी तथ्य प्राप्त होंगे।
इसके अतिरिक्त, यह एक नागरिकोें को सशक्त करने का साधन है। गरीब,कमजोर व पात्र नागरिकों के लिये सरकार द्वारा किये गये वादों व योजनाओं से लाभ प्राप्त करने में देरी हो रही है या वंचित है, इससे संबंधित जानकारी स्वयं नागरिक इस मंच पर साझा सकते है।
